Availability Again we endeavor to keep stocks accurately listed on our site, but on occasion it may be necessary to contact a customer if an issue arises. We make certain our customer satisfaction is paramount if any order requires alteration. Returns/Exchange You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Only in the case of manufacturing faults or packing mistakes will we refund the original postage and cover return costs. They must be returned un-used, with labels etc intact. You must contact us with your order number and reason for return first. You will be responsibile for return postage costs. As soon as we receive them you will then be contacted and either an exchange or refund will be made, your choice. You take responsibility for items lost during shipping when sending back to us, just as we take responsibility to get our orders safely to you. We do make own our range of Pure Wool Mongrel socks, Tuff Mongrels, Mongrel Tasmanis Arm/Leg Warmer and Head Warmers. Our Mongrel Tasmanis Possum Socks and Spacedyed Mercerised cotton socks are made exclusively for us in Australia, by another small family owned and operated hosiery business. |
